How it works
Each yacht accommodates between 4 and 10 equity shareholders, allowing them to enjoy 3 to 12 weeks on board each year. Ongoing running costs are shared pro-rata, based on each owner’s percentage of ownership. The sophisticated algorithm ensures fair treatment in the weekly scheduling process, allowing all owners
to maximise their experience.
The dedicated Housekeeping Team prepares the yacht for each owner, ensuring that personal items are onboard and that the yacht is thoroughly cleaned, enhancing each owner’s sense of personal space and comfort.
The Boat Manager oversees the yacht’s day-to-day operations, handling all maintenance, service issues, and owner communications, along with maintaining the necessary documentation.
Meanwhile, the Finance Manager manages all financial transactions related to the yacht’s ongoing expenses. This role includes detailed auditing and reporting of maintenance costs to ensure transparency and accountability for all owners.
